Crawford Temple has welcomed HMRC's direction of travel for the recruitment and umbrella industry in principle, saying it will be interesting to see how the agencies react when they learn about their new positions under the proposed legislation. The devil is always in the detail and we look forward to scrutinising the draft legislation when it is published in July:
